Speeding up the Bimsync experience
You might have noticed the tiny blue progress bar appearing on the top of more and more pages in Bimsync. This is due to a rewrite of the app to use Pjax.
Pjax is a way to replace only updated parts of a webpage from the server when a user clicks on a link or button while keeping the URL in sync. What it means for you as a user is a more pleasant browsing experience and less waiting.
Apart from speeding things up a bit, Pjax also opens up for a tighter integration of the Bimsync viewers into the rest of the app, something we’re really exited about.
