BIM Guidelines to Get a Boost?

BIM Guidelines to Get a Boost?

ISO has a new work group (TS 12911) that will work on “Framework for Provision of Guidance on Building Information Modelling”. This is not a new BIM Manual, or a “super” BIM Manual to replace or include the BIM Manuals that already exist, it is a framework to standardize the development of BIM Manuals, locally, individually or globally.

The goal, of course, is to increase the quality and usability of all BIM Manuals that surely will be developed going forward.

The group plan on working fast. You should expect results in 12 months time.

I was wondering if you have any more information on the framework that was developed?
